On time & materials, one renewable month. On fixed-price, duration follows the scope (typically 2 to 12 weeks). On retainer, three months, renewable.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Remote by default, with occasional on-site sessions when useful (kickoff, architecture workshops, reviews). We are based in France.

How does billing work?

T&M: weekly time & materials or a monthly day-block. Fixed-price: 30% on signature, 40% at mid-project, 30% on delivery. Retainer: billed monthly. Everything is written into the contract.

What if the scope changes?

On T&M, that is expected — we adjust load each week. On fixed-price, any material change goes through a priced amendment before we execute it. No end-of-month surprises.

You do. Code and intellectual property produced specifically for your project transfer to you under the contract. Our internal analysis engines and separately published software remain Agile Up's.
